We are pleased to be offering two yoga classes at Wealden this year. Make sure to book your place here

On Saturday evening, join Caelia of Cinque Yoga for this special workshop integrating yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing) techniques to help release tension from the body, quieten the mind and soothe the nervous system. This class is suitable for everyone, especially those who are curious to try yoga. A yoga practice to round off your day enhanced by nature, birdsong and beautiful surroundings will nourish your body, mind and soul.

And on Sunday morning, join Lolly for a gently invigorating Vinyasa yoga class focusing on the breath and the effect on Citta (mind). You will journey through purifying asana (poses), Pranayama (breath control) and meditation, to understand this breath / mind relationship.This class is suitable for all abilities, modifications are offered. Not suitable for pregnancy. If you are experiencing any injuries, please talk to Lolly before class.
