Woodchurch Smokery

Woodchurch Smokery is an artisan food producer that prides itself on producing regular small batches of hand-crafted foods, including a range of cold smoked fish, cheese, meats, bacon and nuts. They have been hot and cold smoking foods for over 15 years and also specialise in smoking American style low-and-slow BBQ. Wade is a certified KCBS (Kansas City BBQ Society) judge and regularly judges professional BBQ competitions throughout Europe.
