The Festival cannot refund money or exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance.
Event speakers and/or contents and/or format of the events are subject to change. We cannot refund tickets if speakers have cancelled but the event is otherwise still taking place. The Festival reserves the right to change artists, programmes or the format of the event as necessary.
