They use colourful wools and plants, interwoven with recycled fabric strips and ribbons, which they can print onto with the petals and leaves they collect, to create a beautiful weave to decorate their home.
Artist Gemma Gottelier will show the group how a magical ’ojo de dios’, traditional Latin weave, is made – for those who want to make this symbolic weave to protect their home and family.
Surrounded by their wonderful weaves, weavers listen to a nature-inspired story read by Gemma.
Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
