Spend time discovering the flora and fauna found in different areas of the festival site and forage for natural materials to create beautiful and delicate prints with. Learn about and experiment with the simple printmaking methods of Hapa Zome and monoprinting, using the natural pigments, shapes and delicacies of the organic materials found on your journey through the site to create unique images.

Outdoor Studios provides artist-led workshops for creative experiential learning exploring environment, landscape, and place.
These unique learning opportunities are available through the collective expertise of a team of artists with extensive experience of delivering art workshops in and around Kent, connecting groups to natural and urban environments across a range of arts disciplines. They are printmakers, painters, writers, textile artists, photographers, film-makers, sculptors, craftspeople, ceramicists, and sound artists.
Participants of all ages and abilities benefit from the use of creativity to learn about and respond to geologically and historically rich landscapes, from forests and coasts to town and urban settings.
