Join foraging and self sufficiency educator Michael White for a personal insight into the far-reaching benefits of bringing foraged foods and foraging into your life.
Michael will talk about his involvement in the ‘wild biome project’, a research project studying the positive effects of wild food on our health and micro biome, as well as the associated challenge of eating entirely foraged foods for three months.
After a question and answer session, experience some foraged samples and join Michael on a ramble around the Festival site looking at our local wild larder.
