IC Mushrooms

Ian and Carol grow mushrooms for home cooks, foodies, vegetarians and vegans alike. They grow mushrooms ethically in a low technology, low energy way. To achieve this they use recycled coffee grounds, sawdust from FSC supplies and chopped straw that is pasteurised using cold water and lime. They do not use herbicides or pesticides. Their fresh mushrooms are plastic free and presented in a compostable punnet.
