Sunday morning yoga with Lolly

A gently invigorating Vinyasa yoga class focusing on the breath and the effect on Citta (mind). We will journey through purifying asana (poses), Pranayama (breath control) and meditation, to understand this breath / mind relationship.
This class is suitable for all abilities, modifications are offered. Not suitable for pregnancy. If you are experiencing any injuries, please talk to Lolly before class.
Lolly has been teaching Yoga since 2012 and practicing since 2002. Her classes are informal and friendly. She is passionate about Yoga and its powerful benefits. She pays particular attenetion to alignment, moving slowly and deeply through the practice.
